At Heina Shop, we offer pre-order opportunities for selected hobby products and collectibles that may be available before their official release date or before new inventory arrives.

Pre-orders allow customers to reserve products in advance and secure items that may have limited availability.

How Pre-Orders Work

When you place a pre-order:

  • The product is reserved for you based on available inventory allocation.

  • Payment is collected according to the payment terms shown during checkout.

  • The estimated release date or shipping timeframe will be provided on the product page whenever available.

  • Your order will be shipped once the product becomes available.

Estimated Release Dates

Release dates provided for pre-order products are estimates and may change due to factors outside our control, including:

  • Manufacturer delays

  • Supplier changes

  • Production delays

  • Shipping or logistics issues

If a release date changes significantly, we will make reasonable efforts to update customers regarding the expected timeline.

Pre-Order Availability

Many collectible and hobby products have limited production quantities or high customer demand.

Placing a pre-order does not guarantee availability if circumstances occur that prevent fulfillment, such as supplier shortages or discontinued production.

If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate resolution, including a refund when applicable.

Payment

Payment terms for pre-orders will be clearly displayed during checkout.

By placing a pre-order, you agree that your payment may be processed before the product ships.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel a pre-order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests may be accepted before the order enters processing or fulfillment.

Once a pre-order has been prepared for shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Multiple Items in One Order

If an order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, items may:

  • Ship together when all products become available, or

  • Ship separately depending on availability and fulfillment options

Additional shipping charges may apply only when applicable and will be communicated clearly.
